3. AI and Language Practice Disclaimer

Ohey provides AI-powered conversational companions designed for language learning and cultural exchange.
While we strive for accuracy and natural conversation, AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Ohey is not a certified tutoring or translation service and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, or emergency communication.
 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, and software on the Services are the exclusive property of Ohey or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
 

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain future features in the official app store launch may require payment. Subscriptions or one-time purchases are billed through the platform indicated (e.g., App Store, Google Play, or the Ohey website).
Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account or platform settings.
 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms Ohey or its users.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us within the past 12 months.
